SHIPPING & LOGISTICS PROTOCOL
At Mure Collective, we operate as an editorial curation house partnering with domestic distribution facilities across the United States. Due to the scale, weight, and architectural nature of our collection, items are dispatched using two specialized transport classifications: Standard Parcel and LTL Freight Delivery.
SERVICE BOUNDARIES
We ship exclusively within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not service Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO military installations, or US offshore territories. Any orders placed with restricted delivery destinations are subject to immediate cancellation.
FULFILLMENT & TRANSIT ESTIMATES
All allocations undergo a standard order processing and verification window of up to 5 business days prior to dispatch. Once an allocation departs our partner facilities, transit times depend directly on the structural classification of the piece.
Smaller objects, accent accessories, and select lighting are routed through standard carrier networks such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS, with transit typically completing within 2 to 7 business days following dispatch. Heavy cast stone tables, oversized seating, and structural furniture are transported via specialized Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight networks, requiring up to 21 business days from carrier pickup to accommodate dedicated pallet handling and terminal routing.
While dispatch from our distribution docks is strictly managed, regional carrier networks coordinate final line-haul transit and delivery dates. Direct tracking references and carrier details are transmitted via automated notification immediately upon dock departure.
DELIVERY PROTOCOL & CARRIER APPOINTMENTS
Standard parcel consignments are brought directly to your primary doorstep or receiving area without a mandatory physical signature.
Due to the substantial scale and weight of freight consignments, LTL deliveries require a scheduled receiving appointment and an adult signature. Once a shipment arrives at your regional delivery terminal, the freight carrier will contact you directly via phone or email to designate an arrival window. An authorized adult representative aged 18 or older must be on-site throughout the designated delivery window to inspect the crating and complete the delivery receipt. Standard freight delivery includes curbside placement or initial dry threshold access only, and carriers do not unpack, assemble, or transport heavy freight into interior rooms.
RECEIVING & FREIGHT INSPECTION PROTOCOL
Consignees are required to conduct a thorough exterior inspection of all pallets, cartons, and protective wrapping before releasing the freight driver. If any visible tearing, crushing, punctures, or carton distress are observed upon arrival, you must clearly document "DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL" on the carrier’s Bill of Lading or digital delivery receipt prior to signing.
Following delivery, photograph the damaged crating, the product fault, and the exterior barcode shipping label, and contact Mure Collective at info@murecollective.com within 48 hours of drop-off. Signing the carrier receipt without explicitly noted damage exceptions confirms the consignment was delivered in sound structural condition and may compromise subsequent carrier claim approvals.
