Harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners aren't necessary and should be avoided, as they will dull the matte finish over time. Keep it out of direct, prolonged sunlight to preserve the depth of the black tone. Beyond that, there is little to manage. The iron and metal construction is dense and durable by nature, so the piece holds its architectural presence with almost no maintenance required.
